At Kennedy & Associates we utilize a critical path method for design solutions. This allows us to use only those resources necessary for the task at hand. Therefore, if a project is not going to fulfill your expectations you are informed early on, and up front. We use a series of accurate but rough concept plans to evaluate the proposed design programs. With this method you avoid getting an expensive "pretty picture" that your engineer says "won't work".
We prefer to continually assess the feasibility of the project. By exploring the regulatory, environmental, marketing, economic and engineering factors, we zero in on the best design solution. We then can produce the appropriate documents for your needs, finished presentation plans, layouts for your engineer, or promotional and sales plans. This translates into two things; getting more for your money in the design phase, and eliminating those unpleasant big surprises from your engineer.
