John H. Kennedy, AICP

Biography

John Kennedy is President of Kennedy & Associates; a design and consulting firm which provides land planning and real estate development services. During the past twenty two years, Mr. Kennedy has planned developments of varying size and complexity throughout nineteen States and in Canada. Across the Delaware Valley, Mr. Kennedy has participated in several real estate partnerships to develop land. Previously, John was a vice-president with the Martin Organization, a nationally recognized planning and architecture firm based in Philadelphia. Mr. Kennedy has a B.S. in Environmental Design from the Philadelphia College of Art and is a certified professional planner. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, the American Planning Association and the Pennsylvania Planning Association. John is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Borough of Lansdale Planning Commission. Kennedy & Associates was recognized by the Bucks/Montgomery Home Builders Association with the 1993 Pinnacle Award for Blue Bell Country Club, "Community of the Year".
