Kennedy & Associates was founded in 1990 by
John H. Kennedy, AICP. The company is a team of
design professionals, including planners and
landscape architects. Together we provide the
services needed to take a project from initial concept
to zoning approval and project management. We
have experience working on a wide range of
projects, from residential subdivisions and
commercial developments to complex mixed-use
neighborhoods.
